- The local tourism tax (€ 2.80 per person ages 15 and older/night) is charged extra.
- We wish to offer adults of all ages a hideaway of recreation and enjoyment – this is why our hotel is only bookable for people ages 13 and older.

Cancellation Conditions:
Premature departure or delayed arrival are subject to the contracting conditions of the Austrian hotel industry. This does not apply to our more relaxed cancellation conditions.
- Cancellations made up to 61 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
- For cancellations made between 60 and 31 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the total price.
- For cancellations made between 30 and 8 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price.
- For cancellations made between 7 and 1 day before arrival, we charge 90% of the total price.
- For cancellations on the day of arrival or in case of a no-show, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total package price.
