• Rebate for bed-and-breakfast instead of half board: € 10 per person
  
• Dogs / pets are not allowed

• Arrival: Your room will be available for check-in after 3 PM
  
• Departure: We ask you to check out of your room by 10 AM
  
• We accept payments in cash, with your debit card, MasterCard and Visa
  

Premature departure or delayed arrival are subject to the contracting conditions of the Austrian hotel industry. This does not apply to our more relaxed cancellation conditions.

• Cancellations made up to 61 days before the arrival date are free of charge. 
• For cancellations made between 60 and 31 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the total price. 
• For cancellations made between 30 and 8 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price. 
• For cancellations made between 7 and 1 day before arrival, we charge 90% of the total price. 
• For cancellations on the day of arrival or in case of a no-show, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total package price.
