Cancellation guidlines and measures Covid-19

From 7th May 2021 we start the summer season!

You can book your trip to us at the Premium Wanderhotel Steirerhof **** without risk despite the uncertainty, we are changing our cancellation conditions and assure you that you will accept any existing, but also any new booking for the summer season 2021 to. You can cancel free of charge 2 weeks before arrival or move to another date.

If an arrival or a stay is not possible due to restrictions caused by the corona virus, free cancellation or postponement is also possible up to 3 days before arrival.

For all other reasons for a cancellation, the usual cancellation rules.

Of course, we do all COVID-19 measures at the hotel for your rel­axing and safe winter holiday.

HYGIENE & DIS­INFECTION

• Keep a dis­tance of 1 - 2 m!
• Clean­liness and hygiene have been our top priority not only since Corona times. Regular dis­infection, especially of the publicly accessible areas, is a matter of course, as well as dis­pensers for hand dis­infection in the reception, sauna and restau­rant areas.

RESTAURANT

• Espec­ially when going to our buffets we ask our guests to wear a "mask". At the buffet the dis­tance has to be kept and given if waiting.

WELLNESS AREA

• Max. 1 person or persons belong­ing together in the saunas. Wash hands, shower and dis­infect regularly.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

If the minimum dis­tances cannot be main­tained when checking in or out, please be patient.

At present the skiing areas are closed due to the Covid-19 defaults of the Federal Goverment to presumably including 23rd December. Season start from 24th December 2020!
