Cancellation Conditions:
Cancellations, premature departure or delayed arrival are subject to the contracting conditions of the Austrian hotel industry.
- Up to 2 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
- Up to 1 month before arrival we keep the deposit as cancellation fee.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we charge 90% of the travel price.
