Premature departure or delayed arrival are subject to the contracting conditions of the Austrian hotel industry. This does not apply to our more relaxed cancellation conditions.

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 months before the date of arrival.
• Up to 1 month before the date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the total arrangement.
• Up to 1 week before the date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total arrangement.
• Up to 1 day before the day of arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total arrangement.
• Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the total arrangement.
