LOMI LOMI NUI
is a Hawaiian expression for a body treatment that means "pressing,
kneading, rubbing" but also "working on the inside and outside".
NUI stands for "important, unique, great".
Lomi Lomi Nui is therefore a treatment that creates a wonderful feeling of well-being, both on the inside and outside.
It is based on a natural treatment of the human organism. Not only tensed muscles loosen up, but also inmost blockades dissolve.
At the same time the psyche is also being treated in a soft and gentle way.
NUAD
The founding and development of "Thai Yoga" is being ascribed to "Jivaka Kumar Bhacca", a famous Indian man who lived 2500 years ago in the north of this country.
The focus lies on the human energy lines. In different positions they are stimulated through deep pressure for example with the thumb. Deep relaxation results from special moves and stretchings.
